January 2020 has started with optimism abounding.
Warm Beautiful Homes continues to develop a small number of the finest new homes within 30 miles North of Birmingham. The developments are all unique with a character all of their own, set in the fine English countryside. They all deliver on the twin promises of continuity in the countryside together with exclusivity. More than that the designs blend in with their surroundings whilst the interiors are open plan state of the art incorporating stand out original features. All of the properties have feature premium kitchens, power showers and space to grow. Light floods in through large windows which show off the spectacular views. These are no ordinary properties.
We have just launched our 6 fold reassurance policy which promises our customers a comprehensive package of reassurance from the 10 structural warranty through a 2 year workmanship warranty and even includes emergency call out cover. This industry leading package allows our customers to buy secure in the knowledge that they are buying a well built premium property but in the unlikely event of a problem it will get sorted rapidly.
Wild Rose House
Wild Rose House is our million pound premium, halo property set in 2 acres of the countryside but moments from the M54 junction 2. It was sold subject to contract but the buyer did not follow through. We have decided to slightly upgrade the property further with twin external premium Victorian look a like lamp posts, and more property management controls. Once these improvements have been completed, assuming that some lucky buyer hasn’t bought the property we will embark on an extensive marketing campaign. The property has already featured in the Express and Star’s Select Magazine.
Flower Barns At Yew Tree
The Flower Barns At Yew Tree are 5 barn conversions set in the most stunning English countryside adjacent to the Cannock Chase area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The original barns were constructed in about 1820 with massive beams throughout. The development runs to over 3 acres with 3 paddocks, 2 two bedroom conversions, 1 three bed and 2 four bed. They are priced between 285K and £450K. They are being released as they are completed but 2 have already been sold subject to completion. The final 2 bed unit will be released this month with the other two properties being released in the next couple of months. Even before the property releases, we are getting a lot of interest and potential buyers are urged to come forward now to avoid disappointment. Unlike many other developers, we are happy to talk to customers about their needs and make any changes they would like.
Victoria Barns are a new conversion of existing barns in Coven adjacent to Wild Rose House. We have just received full planning permission for conversion of the barns to 6 properties and are now busy complying with those conditions. We are also working with our professional team to ensure that the designs meet our aspirations for great homes that our owners can enjoy for decades to come. It is a given that they will be well built and benefit from our 6 fold reassurance plan. Whilst we are seeking expressions of interest it is too soon yet for any sales to proceed.
The Way Forward
We are seeking other development opportunities where we can add real value to create real sustainable and desirable homes within a countryside setting. We are happy to pay finders fees and do make decisions rapidly.
